It is my mission to help as many existing and expecting mums find a fitness regime that works for them in lifestyle, body and mind. Here you can find a lot of free information that I put out to help you do this. This information varies from being exercise and nutrition specific, to educating you on the physiological aspects of pregnancy and the post-natal period. It’s important to know why you might feel the way you do, as well as what to do to help.
