1-to-1 Training

My Personal Training for Mums is here if you’re based in and around the Carlisle, and need help with all aspects of post-natal fitness. It’s here if you need a more personal approach to motivation, direction and support through the process of improving your fitness. If you like the sound of this then personal training is the best fit for you.

I offer personal 1-1 training for ALL mums. You don’t have to be a new mum to benefit from my approach to post-natal training. These sessions are for any mum who hasn’t trained in this way, and can benefit your recovery greatly.

These sessions are for you if you:

  • Live in and around the Carlisle area
  • Prefer the 1-1 focus and attention on YOU
  • Don’t like exercising in front of other people

If you want to effectively recover your strength and fitness (no matter how long it’s been since your last child), or have experienced any problems through pregnancy & birth, then my post-natal training approach is for you. We will go through specific and targeted training in order to get your mind and body feeling more comfortable and functioning properly!

My 1 to 1 coaching for mums allows any mum in and around the Penrith/Carlisle area to gain access to my 100% personal coaching. All the focus and attention will be on you, and trying to give you the most optimal experience possible.

More personal contact will give you better way better direction, support, and individual coaching on all of these things.

Whatever aspect of post-natal fitness you’re having difficulties with, this in person coaching will coach you through it. From wanting to recover quicker and more effectively, to helping more major problems associated with pregnancy & childbirth, I can help you get on track and progress both physically and mentally. I have extensive experience of working with (and helping to fix) common post-natal conditions such as Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. So you’re in safe hands for the duration of your coaching.

Here’s how you sign up:

  1. Register your interest by filling in your details in the form.
  2. You will be directed to my calendar so you can book in a 75 minute 1-1 Post-Natal Fitness Breakthrough session that suits YOU (please make a note of this time!).
  3. I will see you on the day and time we booked in to talk through your specific needs & see how I can help you.
  4. If you sign-up, great! You will be welcomed into the coaching programme and community with open arms. If you don’t, no problem. You should gain some great insight into what you need to do to make the progress you want just from the session itself.
