1-to-1 Training

My Personal Training for Pregnancy is here if you’re based in and around the Carlisle area, and want to continue or start an exercise regime during your pregnancy. If you are unsure how to go about doing it safely and effectively then the contact time involved with personal training is the best fit for you.

These sessions are for you if you:

  • Live in and around the Carlisle area
  • Prefer the 1-1 focus and attention on YOU
  • Don’t like exercising in front of other people

Using my safe and effective approach, the benefits to both mother and baby are massive! Both mother and baby could benefit from an easier labour and birth, as well as an easier period after the birth too. If you start/keep exercising in the right way while you’re pregnant then I can guarantee that your recovery will be quicker and you will have less work to do afterwards in order to get your mind and body feeling more comfortable and functioning properly.

My 1 to 1 coaching for expecting mums allows any expecting mum in and around the Penrith/Carlisle area to gain access to my 100% personal coaching. All the focus and attention will be on you, and trying to give you the most optimal experience possible.

This more personal contact will give you a lot more safety, security, and peace of mind that you’re doing the best for both you and baby.

An effective pre-natal fitness routine will give you the best & most pain free pregnancy possible. That’s my aim. Carrying on a fitness regime throughout pregnancy will give both you and baby the best start possible in your lives together. In person coaching will make it a lot more likely for you to do this. By observing and adjusting movements, posture and techniques when I’m with you, I can give you the very best foundation possible, in the areas you need it most. The aim is to make your life post-birth will be more pain and hassle free. Let’s face it, you don’t want pain and discomfort distracting you from being mum. So let’s make the time you have with your little one as fulfilling as possible.

  2. You will be directed to my calendar so you can book in a 75 minute 1-1 Pregnancy Fitness Breakthrough session that suits YOU (please make a note of this time!).
  3. I will see you on the day and time we booked in to talk through your specific needs & see how I can help you.
  4. If you sign-up, great! You will be welcomed into the coaching programme and community with open arms. If you don’t, no problem. You should gain some great insight into what you need to do to make the progress you want just from the session itself.
