Small Group/Workshop Training

If you’re based in and around the Carlisle area I also offer small group training workshops for expecting mums. These workshops are usually done in small groups of 3-5. These sessions are for any expecting mum who wants to continue or start an exercise regime, and are unsure how to go about doing it safely and effectively.

These sessions are for you if you:

  • Live in and around the Carlisle area
  • Prefer the social aspect of exercise
  • Enjoy exercising in with other people

Using my safe and effective approach, the benefits to both mother and baby are massive! Both mother and baby could benefit from an easier labour and birth, as well as an easier period after the birth too. If you start/keep exercising in the right way while you’re pregnant then I can guarantee that your recovery will be quicker and you will have less work to do afterwards in order to get your mind and body feeling more comfortable and functioning properly.

My small group fitness workshops for expecting mums allows any expecting mum in and around the Penrith/Carlisle area to gain access to in person coaching at a snip of the price of 1 to 1 training. If you like to social side of exercise and/or pregnancy, and like being around others, then this is definitely for you.

Being in a small group will still give you a lot more safety, security, and peace of mind that you’re doing the best for both you and baby, but at a smaller cost.

Carrying on a fitness regime throughout pregnancy will give both you and baby the best start possible in your lives together. Having others there to spur you on will make it a lot more likely for you to do this. By observing and adjusting movements, posture and techniques when I’m with your group, I can give you the very best foundation possible, in the areas you need it most. The aim is to make your life post-birth will be more pain and hassle free. Let’s face it, you don’t want pain and discomfort distracting you from being mum. So let’s make the time you have with your little one as fulfilling as possible.

Here’s how you sign up:

  1. Register your interest by filling in your details in the form.
  2. You will be directed to my calendar so you can book in a 75 minute 1-1 Pre-Natal Fitness Breakthrough session that suits YOU (please make a note of this time!).
  3. I will see you on the day and time we booked in to talk through your specific needs & see how I can help you.
  4. If you sign-up, great! You will be organised into a group and welcomed into the coaching programme/community with open arms. If you don’t, no problem. You should gain some great insight into what you need to do to make the progress you want just from the session itself.
