Training Plans

These plans are for you if you want to focus just on the exercise side of Pre-Natal fitness. They will help develop strength, better posture and mobility where you need it most. They do this by emphasising the major muscle groups that need to be activated for an expecting mum like yourself. They lack the personal touch, but will definitely ensure that you’re exercising in the right way in order to not hurt yourself or baby.

 

There are 4 plans for beginners AND more advanced exercisers. If you’re fairly new to exercise, choose the Beginner set of plans. The same applies if you have little access to equipment or a gym. If you’re a more frequent gym goer or experienced exerciser, chose the Advanced set of plans. If you plan to get a gym membership or buy a larger range of equipment to use in your home, the more Advanced plans can be done anywhere. All of the plans come with simple text cues, as well as links to demonstrations of the exercises done by yours truly! So you’re covered whichever way you learn best!

Each single plan is designed to activate ALL of the muscle groups important to an expecting mum. So you can essentially get by with just one. However, for variety and the effectiveness of your training it is ideal that you work in a variety of different ways. So to get the best progression and most engaging training it IS best to have all 4 plans (or the most possible).

You will get a 5th bonus programme if you buy all 4 too, which will focus on less important muscle groups (from a postural perspective), but ones I know may be important to you, such as the shoulders and arms. You will need certain bits of equipment to do some of the exercises. You will be linked to what you need after your session plan purchase so you can buy these if you don’t have anything similar.
